Your Giving Changes Lives
For a little over 70 years, Lake Geneva Ministries has been providing life-changing experiences in Christ through the support of our donors. Join us in making an impact in a camper’s life by giving your first-time donation or through monthly contributions. Thank you to those who have given and continue to give to our mission and ministry.
In Memory of C. William (“Bill”) Pollard, Jr.
We give thanks to God for the life and legacy of Bill Pollard, who passed away on June 6, 2025, at age 87. Bill's connection to Lake Geneva Youth Camp runs deep - his father helped co-found the camp 75 years ago, and give generations of his family have been shaped by its ministry.
Bill's faithful support, leadership, and generosity have blessed LGYC for decades. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Lake Geneva Youth Camp to carry on the gospel mission he deeply loved.
In Memory of John McCallum
John grew up on the south side of Chicago. One of his mentors was Jim Humphrey, so John heard about LGYC as the thoughts and prayers and plans were playing out, even though he was away at college in Michigan. John and Mary were married in June of 1950 and honeymooned in Lake Geneva, so they took a day trip over to the camp to see what it was all about, and they were hooked. Big John Everding convinced John to come council boys camp and teen camp, eventually he was one of the boys camp directors. Mary was the camp nurse several summers. Their three daughters, many of their 14 grandchildren, and now quite a few of their 36 great grandchildren have or will be campers, summer staff, and/or adult staff volunteers. John started quite a legacy over 50 years ago investing prayer, time, and sweat equity, and encouragement into the Lake Geneva Youth Camp. He will be missed, but we are so happy he is with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Lake Geneva Youth Camp to carry on his legacy.
We are a place set apart for life-changing experiences in Christ.

Lake Geneva Ministries can run programs like Teen Serve at a low cost thanks to our Camp Excellence fund.
